Although a full month has passed since we came to the Dominican Republic and served the people there, we have not forgotten your faces, your smiles and your love! We were thrilled to be able to join each of you during our very quick trip and provide dental care to those who were in pain, needed a good cleaning or a filling.
Our hearts will never be the same after spending time with you. Thank you for your hospitality, your provisions, and your preparation for our visit. You made the trip enjoyable!
It truly was a pleasure to serve in Sosua Village, Nazaret at the medical clinic with Servant's Heart Ministries and Phil and Donna Williams. We also enjoyed working with Jaime and Evely Alonzo at Nest of Love Foundation Christian School in Sosua. Our last day was spent with the adorable boys, students and employees at Ninos De La Luz in El Choco with Jon, Shannon and Summer Haslett.
A special note of thanks also to our new friend, Jannett Zacarias, at Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Resort, who helped make our accommodations and meal preparations run smoothly. Thank you for all of your help! You and your team truly blessed us by taking such excellent care of all of our needs!
We also want to thank Patterson Dental and our sales representative, Grant, for providing much of our disposable supplies. We are grateful for your generosity and the value that you place on a mission like this. Thank you for being on our team!
Lastly, we want to thank those of you who supported our team members prayerfully and financially. Your generosity and support of this mission is a true blessing to each of us. Thank you for coming along side us as we put our faith in action.
Each of us were amazed at how well our trip went and how the Lord provided everything we needed. For our team, this was the first mission trip we had been on together and it was an experience that God is using to help shape our hearts and our ministry. We love each of you and absolutely cannot wait until we can return to the Dominican Republic to be with you again and serve God's precious people there. Thank you for all that you are doing in the Dominican. You are a blessing and a treasure.
